 Private Duty Services:  

For over 30 years Liken Health Care, Inc. has been the leading name associated with providing medical and non-medical care to patients and their families in the home as well as in any facility environment.  Our field staff provides gentle support, assistance with daily living activities, rehab assistance, care for the sick and terminally ill, and respite service for the family caregiver. 

Private Duty care is not restricted to the elderly.  Individuals of any age may require some type of private duty care such as: postpartum care, accidents, disability or disabling diseases.   

We take great pride in our excellent reputation which is built on hiring quality personnel and providing quality service.   

 Some of the services we provide are: 

 Personal Care:

• Assistance with bathing and dressing
• Personal care
• Incontinence care
• Mobility, lift and transfer / Ambulation
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Escort to appointments or outings
• Activities of daily living  

 Skilled Nursing:

• Medication management, Injections, IV infusions
• Colostomy care
• Wound care
• Tracheotomy care  

 Levels of care needed can vary.  We provide:

Qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Nurse Aides, Companions, or Live-in Aides. 

 We can provide care on an Hourly, Live-In, or As Needed basis. 

All employees are fully insured and bonded.  

   All Services include free in home  initial and ongoing patient care assessments, patient care plans, consultations with our Certified Care Manager, and referrals to other types of services, information, ideas or solutions  as needed.  

 Please ask one of our Patient Care Coordinators for more information on our Family Partnership Program which provides an opportunity for family members, patients, Geriatric Care Managers, Trust Officers, and Physicians to interview employees and coordinate all services.  

 We Accept payment from:

• Long Term Care Insurance / Some Private Insurance Companies **
• Workers Compensation Insurances
• Funding through most County and State Agencies
• Private Pay (All Major Credit Cards Accepted)
